What would you say is your favorite track off of your most recent album, Bloom? So basically, dance music done live, I think, is probably the best way to describe what we’re doing. I was hoping to see you guys down in Orange County in California for [the DoLab’s] Woogie Weekend. I think they know how throw a party and they know how to set the right tone. The album topped the Australian charts and was quickly followed by the Desert Night EP. They’re down tempo with really lush, nice production. There was a visual, so it would put people in the right headspace. For the most part, we all listen to pretty similar stuff. Let’s try to work out how to write again together and get into each other’s heads, and we just sort of having fun with it. These days, something that we find keeps us on our toes, and also, if people are coming to multiple shows, what keeps it interesting for them is to mix up the setlist night after night. Yeah, so I think that like first and foremost is the feeling of the melody and things like that that sort of strike us, and then we try and let the lyrics represent what we were feeling.
